We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 48 hours notice when there will be no charge to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made at least 48hrs in advance can be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations/amendments/reschedules made LESS than 48 hours will be fully chargeable/non refundable.
The above policies include covid-19 or any other illness related cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance.
